Tour Manager, Artist Development

My skillset is a combination of work experiences from record labels, entertainment marketing firm, music publishing companies and tour and promotion management companies. From these experiences entails all day-to-day touring and artist development operations. I manage campaigns and marketing rollout for touring cycles – monitor posts, liaise with sponsors, copywriter, and upload content. I advance and settle shows and merchandise, create day sheets, manage guest lists and meet and greets. Coordinate artist media obligations – radio interviews, press interviews and appearances. Oversee digital content to increase social media engagement on targeted platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) – create recap videos per show, produce live Q&A as per market. Analyze data from Soundscan, Mediabase, R&R to create reports detailing market performance. Deliver show reports to include information on attendance figures and other budget related items. Monitor tour related budgets and expenses – production advances, crew wages and per diem, float. Lead and train a team on tour and promotion practices and procedures. Prepare and maintain crew schedule, routing and coordinate security briefings. Oversee load in/out, stage management, live sound mixing, IEM monitors/wedges. Supervise and setup rehearsals; techs, sound, lighting, and video.
